We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Help coordinate internal communication and engagement activities
Assist with payroll data collection and HR analytics
Draft offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR-related documents
Participate in policy implementation and compliance-related tasks
Perform other administrative and HR support tasks as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, ,or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment
