Job Title: HR Intern (Fresher)

Location: Amaravati

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, highly organized, and interested in pursuing a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Maintain employee records and update internal databases Assist in organizing HR events and initiatives (e.g., wellness programs, training sessions) Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Educational background:

HR interns often have degrees in human resources, business, BA, HR, MLS, Relevant coursework in HR management, organisational behaviour, and labour relations is helpful.
