The HRBP will be a crucial member of the GCC HR team focusing on Engagement, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Succession Planning of Services. o The HRBP will be responsible for the entire working with the Service Heads to identify High Potential Employees, Chart out Career Development Plans for them, look at Succession gaps and action on plans to mitigate these gaps by partnering with the various COEs within HR
