Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Services; ensure alignment of the Talent strategy to Service priorities o Represent the service perspective and contribute to devising the vision, roadmap, operating model and strategic Talent initiatives for the Services HR function o Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos within the Service Function and ensure continued engagement for the same. o Identify Gaps in Succession and work towards establishment of a Leadership Succession Pipeline for the services by partnering with the respective service function heads and COEs. o Partner with Learning and Development, curate and run specific learning initiatives targeted to cater to future needs of the organization in the Hi Tech and Emerging Technologies Space.
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. o Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. o Identify and address cultural and leadership challenges, implementing effective solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Employee Connect & Engagement:
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. o Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions. o Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Performance Management:
Collaborate with managers to establish performance expectations and goals for employees. o Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans. o Provide guidance and coaching to managers on addressing performance issues and promoting employee growth.
Organizational Development: o Partner with Service Heads to ensure Service structure enables long term strategy and delivers business goals o Drive Adani core values, vision and mission across the business; Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines. o Provide business insights on the change management strategy and change management programs and establishment of change management program office at a Service Function level o Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development. o Design and implement initiatives related to training and development, career planning, and succession planning. o Support change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes Qualifications: Should be a master's in human resource management with 10+ years of experience in Human Resource Management
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably in a rapidly scaling organization.
