Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function at Della Luxury Products, Mumbai. The HR Manager will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, driving HR initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for all departments.
• Oversee employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work culture.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
• Implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related regulations.
• Manage payroll inputs, compensation & benefits, and HR data management.
• Partner with business heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Lead disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee relations management.
• Drive HR digitalization, reporting, and MIS for management decision-making.

Job Expectations:
Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience in HR systems, payroll, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Mumbai (Della Luxury Products)
• 6 days working
• May involve occasional travel as per business requirements

Minimum Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Minimum Job Experience: 7-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
Reporting to: HOD
Travel: Travelling as and when required
