Job Overview:





We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function at Della Luxury Products, Mumbai. The HR Manager will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, driving HR initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives. Handle end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for all departments. Oversee employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work culture. Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms. Implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related regulations. Manage payroll inputs, compensation & benefits, and HR data management. Partner with business heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning. Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization. Lead disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee relations management. Drive HR digitalization, reporting, and MIS for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:




Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on experience in HR systems, payroll, and MIS reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Mumbai Dadar (Della Luxury Products Head Office) 6 days working May involve occasional travel as per business requirements

Minimum Qualification:




MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Minimum Job Experience:




7-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
#

Travel:




Travelling as and when required
