Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is seeking a

proactive and people-focused HR Manager

to lead and strengthen core human resource functions. This role is ideal for a confident HR professional with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.



As a key member of our growing B2B media and marketing organization, you will play a vital role in building a positive workplace culture, driving HR operations in alignment with business goals, and ensuring a compliant, employee-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Build employer branding through strategic and employee-centric hiring practices.

HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, implement, and update HR policies aligned with organizational needs. Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including disciplinary processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster motivation, collaboration, and retention.

Performance Management & Development

Coordinate performance appraisals and support team leads with structured feedback systems. Drive learning and development programs to strengthen employee skills and growth.

HR Operations & Data Management

Maintain HR dashboards, records, payroll, and attendance systems. Generate HR metrics and reports on attrition, recruitment status, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in core HR functions (recruitment, compliance, engagement). Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS platforms, and data reporting.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing HR operations for startups or fast-growing teams. Familiarity with performance management systems and L&D initiatives. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
