Overlooking Talent acquisition for the HR team of the broadcast and Digital businesses . Partnering with people in developing staffing strategies and succession planning activities . This also includes job definition, job enlargement & rotations, selection & negotiation, retention, compensation, mobility, transfers, exit strategies & promoting employee development . Induction on HR practices, grade mapping, compensation structure alignment, designing the org structure and one point of contact for all HR queries . Advising, guiding, mentoring, supporting all staff & managers; providing high level people management & development support across the network for the sales function . Dealing with complex/sensitive day-to-day people management issues including terminations, disciplinary procedures . Managing the additions/ modifications as per employee requirements on Success Factors . Exit formalities and interviews . #
