Roles & Responsibilities - HR Generalist



Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time roles and internships, including sourcing, screening, tele-calling, interviewing, and onboarding. Conduct tele-calling for internship promotions, follow-ups, and ensure effective internship conversions by explaining program details and clarifying candidate queries. Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding forms, and employee records. Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team. Provide support for employee queries related to HR policies, salary, benefits, and workplace guidelines. Organize and execute employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and communication initiatives. Coordinate training programs, track participation, and ensure relevant documentation is completed. Manage resignation handling, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement coordination. Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and reports with strict confidentiality. Support disciplinary procedures and ensure adherence to company rules and policies. Perform general administrative tasks including office maintenance coordination, stationery management, vendor follow-ups, and housekeeping supervision. Manage meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, office supplies, and ensure smooth daily office operations. Work closely with all departments to address HR and administrative requirements efficiently. Continuously review and improve HR & admin processes to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
