Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled positions.
Develop sourcing strategies for shop-floor, technical, and managerial roles.
Liaise with ITIs, colleges, and agencies for manpower supply.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a harmonious work environment and handle grievances effectively.
Foster positive relationships between management and workers.
Organize employee welfare programs and engagement activities.
Compliance & Industrial Relations
Ensure compliance with
Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
.
Coordinate with government bodies and handle inspections.
Manage disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Performance Management & Training
Implement appraisal systems and competency development programs.
Identify training needs for shop-floor and management employees.
Conduct sessions on safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
HR Operations & Policy Implementation
Maintain HRMS records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Formulate and update HR policies specific to manufacturing setups.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
.
3-5 years
of HR experience, preferably in the
manufacturing sector
.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with both management and shop-floor employees effectively.
