The role is of a HR Generalist, who shall be stationed with one of our clients as a HR resource managing the entire HR roles and responsibilities, key deliveries would include
1. Managing the recruitment process, that would include sourcing, coordinating, interviewing for various roles
2. Managing campus relations, interactions, interviews and intern programmes
3. Running various employee engagement programmes, like celebrating, educating on policies and team outings
4. Delivering standard trainings like induction, code of conduct and other modules identified
5. Manage employee database, related activities and HR automation
6. Ensure tracking of employee discipline and adherence to policies
7. Ensure HR services are treated as delivering the set objectives to ensure a continued renewal of contract
8. Other aspects such as managing administration, and tasks required by the leadership team requiring attention
