We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Human Resource Generalist

to join our growing team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about creating a positive and engaging employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes. Assist in the administration of

compensation and benefits programs

, including payroll coordination and HMO enrollment. Maintain and update

employee records

and HR databases in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations. Support the implementation of

performance management

, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide guidance and assistance in handling

employee relations

issues and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with

labor laws and internal policies

, escalating issues when necessary. Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration

, or a related field. At least

2-4 years of experience

in a generalist or similar HR role. Strong understanding of

HR processes, labor regulations

, and best practices. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in

MS Office applications

and familiarity with

HRIS or HR tools
