Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Address grievances and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Track employee performance and support managers in performance reviews.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with requirements.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, HRIS).
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain documentation.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
Assist in audits and HR-related reporting.
Engagement & Culture
Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Promote positive workplace culture.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
