Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive
HR Executive
to manage a broad range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive work culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to final selection.
Draft, post, and promote job openings on various free and paid portals.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate selection processes.
Collaborate with department heads to make informed hiring decisions.
2. Onboarding & Training
Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
Organize and support training and development programs.
Ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and practices.
3. Employee Relations
Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Promote open communication and a collaborative work environment.
Resolve internal conflicts professionally and constructively.
4. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.
Assist in setting individual KPIs and team goals.
Provide ongoing feedback and manage performance improvement plans.
