Role Overview



We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive

HR Executive

to manage a broad range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive work culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to final selection. Draft, post, and promote job openings on various free and paid portals. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate selection processes. Collaborate with department heads to make informed hiring decisions.

2. Onboarding & Training



Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new employees. Organize and support training and development programs. Ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and practices.

3. Employee Relations



Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Promote open communication and a collaborative work environment. Resolve internal conflicts professionally and constructively.

4. Performance Management



Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems. Assist in setting individual KPIs and team goals. Provide ongoing feedback and manage performance improvement plans.

5. Compensation & Benefits



Develop and maintain competitive salary structures. Administer employee benefits in alignment with company policy. Ensure equity and compliance with market compensation trends.

6. Legal Compliance



Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR compliance standards. Manage employment-related legal documentation and procedures.

7. Policy Development



Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures. Align policies with evolving organizational goals and legal standards.

8. Workplace Health & Safety



Enforce workplace safety regulations and initiatives. Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.

9. Employee Engagement & Well-being



Plan and execute engagement and wellness programs. Organize recognition activities, team-building events, and employee celebrations.

10. Strategic HR Planning



Support long-term HR planning aligned with business objectives. Contribute to organizational growth through strategic workforce initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in HR, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment

Skills:
