We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with experience in
academic hiring
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment of teaching and academic support staff, ensuring timely onboarding, and supporting overall HR operations for an academic institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and academic support roles (e.g., coordinators, librarians, trainers).
Coordinate with academic heads/department heads to understand staffing needs.
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage campus placements and job fairs for faculty hiring.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Onboarding & Documentation
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new academic staff.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and credentials (e.g., degrees, certificates).
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
HR Operations
Assist in performance review cycles and probation assessments for academic staff.
Maintain and update HRMS/employee databases regularly.
Support training and development activities for teachers/faculty.
Employee Engagement & Compliance
Support academic staff grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with institutional HR policies and statutory norms.
Key Skills Required:
Experience in
hiring educators/teachers/faculty
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of academic structures and hiring norms
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/HRMS tools
Good organizational and documentation skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in education sector)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
