Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of HR generalists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
Oversee the recruitment process to attract and select top talent that meets organizational needs.

Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to promote a positive introduction to the company.

Requirements
