Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and strengthen our human resources operations. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
Optimize hiring strategies through the use of free and paid job platforms.
Onboarding & Learning
Deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Develop and execute training programs that support employee growth and compliance.
Uphold internal HR processes and standards.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary contact for resolving employee issues and concerns.
Promote a workplace culture of inclusivity, openness, and collaboration.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communications.
Performance Management
Establish and manage performance evaluation frameworks.
Support managers in defining KPIs and career development plans.
Address performance gaps with effective coaching and action plans.
