Role Overview
We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee development, and cultivating organizational culture. The HR Manager will be instrumental in propelling the company's growth by attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines. Optimize hiring strategies across various job portals (both free and paid).
Onboarding & Learning:
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Design and implement continuous learning and development programs. Ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns. Promote a transparent and inclusive workplace culture. Lead engagement initiatives and regular internal communications.
Performance Management:
Implement effective performance evaluation systems. Assist managers in setting KPIs and development plans. Address performance issues with appropriate improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
Develop and maintain equitable compensation structures. Administer benefits programs fairly and in compliance with policies.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
Policy Management:
Draft and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and business needs. Communicate and enforce policies consistently across departments.
Health & Safety:
Foster a safe and healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols.
Culture & Retention:
Design wellness, recognition, and team-building initiatives. Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Strategic HR Leadership:
Contribute to workforce planning and analytics. Support organizational change and development initiatives.
