The Human Resources professional is responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage payroll coordination, leave, and attendance
Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Implement HR policies and company procedures
Coordinate training and staff development programs
Monitor employee performance and assist with evaluations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in an HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
