Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Maintain candidate database and assist in new employee onboarding and documentation.
Prepare joining kits and coordinate induction programs for new hires.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
Maintain employee attendance records (manual & biometric).
Assist in collecting and verifying attendance data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement and payroll queries.
3. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee files, ID cards, and HRIS system.
Handle documentation for new joiners, transfers, confirmations, and separations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) in coordination with HR Manager.
4. Training & Development
Assist in scheduling training sessions and maintaining training attendance sheets.
Coordinate employee skill development and cross-departmental training.
Collect feedback from trainees and prepare monthly training summaries.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and organize employee engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, recognition programs).
Support welfare activities such as health checkups, uniforms, and staff cafeteria operations.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
6. Compliance & HR Administration
Ensure proper display of statutory notices and HR-related communication boards.
Assist in implementing HR policies, code of conduct, grooming standards, and discipline procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and hotel data.
7. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate between HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth functioning.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports (attendance, attrition, manpower status).
Support internal audits and help in HR SOP implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR / Hospitality Management / Business Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of basic HR procedures and hospitality standards preferred.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
