to join our team and support various HR functions.

HR Executive (Fresher)

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates Maintain HR documentation and records Support employee engagement and communication activities Help in organizing training & development sessions Learn and work with HR tools and systems

Required Technical Skill Set:

MS Office Suite / Google Workspace

- Proficiency in Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with HR Tools/Software

- Exposure to or eagerness to learn HRIS systems like Keka, Zoho People, Freshteam, or similar.

Recruitment Platforms

- Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Data Handling & Reporting

- Maintaining records, generating reports, and organizing employee information.

Email & Calendar Tools

- Gmail/Outlook and scheduling tools for interview coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
