Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage advisors and sales partners Generate business through agency and relationship channels Handle customer acquisition, servicing, and policy renewals Conduct interviews and onboarding for advisors and sales staff Achieve individual and team targets Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA (HR or Marketing preferred) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Sales, HR, or customer-handling experience is an added advantage Willingness to work with targets and performance-based growth
