Job Title: Human Resource Executive (Non-IT Hiring)

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage requisitions across Non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Admin, Customer Support, Procurement, Marketing).
Conduct JD intake calls, define role expectations, and set sourcing strategy.
Handle screening, evaluation, interview coordination, feedback tracking, offer negotiation, and closure.
Sourcing and Pipeline Management
Execute advanced Naukri Resdex searches with Boolean logic and keyword mapping.
Use multiple channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, social groups, referrals, job postings, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a strong, diverse Non-IT talent pipeline.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to align on profiles and improve submission quality.
Provide weekly dashboards: submissions, interviews, offers, and joining updates.
Process Excellence
Maintain high-quality documentation in ATS/trackers.
Ensure SLA adherence, TAT compliance, and candidate experience standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment consulting/agency firm.
Strong Non-IT hiring experience across multiple functions and levels (entry to mid-senior).
Proven expertise in Naukri Resdex: Boolean strings, filters, resume routing, saved searches, mass mailers.
Hands-on experience in: Telephonic screening, competency mapping, salary fitment, offer negotiations, and drop-off control.
Excellent communication skills (English); structured documentation and reporting.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong ownership.
Good-to-Have
Exposure to other job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, APNA), social sourcing, and referral programs.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets reporting.
Experience hiring volume and niche Non-IT roles.
Basic understanding of market mapping and competitor intelligence.
