We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resource Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across departments.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Plan and implement employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs to strengthen workplace morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
Assist in setting KPIs, coordinating appraisals, and ensuring continuous employee development.
Compliance & Policies:
Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.) and update HR policies in line with industry standards.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and support career development initiatives.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
HR Administration:
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and accurate maintenance of HR records.
Strategic HR Support:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a plus.
Experience:
2-5 years of HR experience (depending on level), preferably in manufacturing/chemical/industrial sectors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
Interpersonal Skills:
High emotional intelligence, approachable demeanor, and empathetic listening.
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to handle employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and provide effective resolutions.
Organizational Ability:
Detail-oriented with exceptional skills in documentation, compliance management, and process implementation.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism.
Ethics & Integrity:
Discreet handling of confidential information, upholding fairness and trust in all HR practices.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and familiarity with digital recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
