Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end execution and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS).
Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to set performance goals and KRAs.
Track appraisal timelines and ensure adherence to PMS cycle schedules.
Collect, compile, and analyze appraisal data for performance reviews.
Maintain performance records and generate reports for management review.
Support in continuous improvement of PMS policies and processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
Address employee queries related to the appraisal process.
Requirements:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Performance Appraisal/Performance Management Systems.
Familiarity with HRM tools/software and appraisal frameworks.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Any Graduate (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
