We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms, and will be comfortable working in a US shift environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing end-to-end HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exits.
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and statutory labor laws and regulations.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records through HRMS platforms.
Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HR operations and compliance.
Strong knowledge of state statutory compliance and labor laws.
Hands-on experience with HRMS software such as
KEKA
and
Darwinbox
.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently during US shift hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST).
Must have own transportation for commute.
