Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Onboarding :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, warehouse, sales, and office roles
Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
Handle employee onboarding, document verification, and induction
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS data
Track attendance, leave, and shift records
Coordinate probation confirmations and employee status updates
Payroll & Compliance Support:
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, background verification, contracts)
Maintain compliance-related documentation and audits
Employee Coordination:
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
Communicate HR policies, notices, and internal updates
Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare HR reports (headcount, attendance, attrition)
Assist in HR policy implementation and process improvement
Coordinate with management for HR planning and workforce needs
Required Experience & Expertise:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or HR executive role
Practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or retail workforce is preferred
Experience working with HRMS, payroll coordination, and compliance support
Skills & Tools:
Strong coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of Indian labor laws basics (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment)
Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS tools, and email communication
Ability to manage confidential data with accuracy and integrity
Working Style & Expectations:
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Ability to handle pressure and multiple priorities
On-ground coordination with factory, warehouse, and office staff
