The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR activities, including onboarding of consultants, asset register management, organizing events, attendance tracking, and assisting with salary-related matters. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and HR management skills to support the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee consultant onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation.
Manage the asset register and maintain records of company property.
Organize events, workshops, and functions.
Assist in tracking attendance and support payroll and salary-related activities.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in consulting or senior HR positions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a recognized university/institution.
Certifications such as CHRM (Certified Human Resource Manager), PHR or SPHR (Professional in Human Resources), or Diploma in HRM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee management.
