Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
Identify hiring needs across departments such as dealers, cashiers, hosts, marketing, housekeeping, security, and operational staff.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and future requirements.
Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage the recruitment database.
Handle documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
Maintain HR records and update recruitment dashboards.
Build strong relationships with institutes, training centres, and local talent sources.
Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of recruitment experience; gaming/poker/hospitality recruitment preferred.
Strong understanding of hiring for operational roles (e.g., dealers, cashiers, F&B, hosts).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Good knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle bulk hiring for multiple shifts.
