We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end Recruitment and implementing effective Training & Development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to identify skill gaps, conduct training sessions, manage onboarding, and support all HR operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and regular interaction with managers.
Plan, organize, and deliver in-house training programs and workshops.
Design training calendars and ensure adherence.
Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new employees.
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer roll-out).
Develop job descriptions and job postings for different roles.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate with department heads for technical interviews.
Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
1-2 years of experience in
Training & Development
and
Recruitment
.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct training sessions confidently.
Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/portals.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
