Manage manpower planning for all shifts.
Handle onboarding and induction.
Attendance & Payroll
Manage attendance, shifts, leave records, and OT.
Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, and Factories Act compliance.
Maintain statutory registers and support audits/inspections.
Employee Relations
Handle shop-floor grievances.
Conduct welfare, engagement, and safety-related activities.
HR Operations
Maintain employee files, ID cards, and contractor compliance.
Implement HR policies and SOPs.
Training & Performance
Organize operator/technician training.
Support appraisals and performance tracking.
Skills Required
Knowledge of manufacturing HR processes.
Labor law compliance understanding.
Good communication and problem-solving.
MS Office & HR software proficiency.
