Travel Sales Agent

Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must
Have passion for Sales and customer service is must
Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint
Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred but not a constraint
Must have experience handling of
JET Cost
customer
Must have knowledge of world geography & airport preferred but not a constraint
Candidates from travel / Airlines industry will be preferred
Responsibilities:
Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements
Understand customer requirement and offer packages accordingly
Coordinating with operations team
Handling operations/sales for outbound flight enquiries (Understanding of UK destination is preferred)
Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, Flight costing, customization of international / outbound flight packages
Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
Responsible to ensure that the flight is operated smoothly
Having experience working in META process
Experience: 1+ year
Location- Noida
6 Days working (UK)
