Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Support performance appraisal processes and training & development initiatives.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR reports and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong internship experience may also apply).
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
