We are looking for a dynamic and proactive

HR Executive

to manage and streamline human resources operations across our group companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and supporting a positive work culture across multiple business units.

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and performance management for us. Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee grievances, support training and development initiatives, and maintain proper documentation and HR records. Coordinate with unit heads to address staffing needs and foster a positive, productive work environment across the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gomtinagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
