The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations in a manufacturing environment, including recruitment, attendance & payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and workforce management. The role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and the ability to effectively handle both office and shop-floor employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
recruitment
for staff, workers, and contractual employees.
Maintain accurate employee records including
attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules
.
Coordinate with accounts/finance for
monthly payroll processing
.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as
Implement employee welfare measures, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Support management in manpower planning and workforce allocation.
Maintain HR reports, MIS, and submit periodic compliance reports.
Build strong relations between management and workers for a positive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of HR experience (preferably in
manufacturing or factory setup
).
Knowledge of
labor laws, compliance, and factory HR practices
is a must.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workforce and handle day-to-day HR challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
