Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, ensuring a diverse and talented candidate pool.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development.

Address employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism, fostering a positive workplace environment.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization.

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving data-informed decision-making.

Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR management or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns.
