Handle Recruitment and Payroll
1. Must Handle Recruitment & Payroll
2. Conducting Inductions, Seminars & Surveys for feedback
3. Designing and monitoring KPI's
4. Enroll candidates for Paid and Non-Paid Internships
5. Mediator between clients & employees.97
6. Requirement gathering.
7. Priority Handling.
8. Provide training & presentations
9. Design HR Policies
10. Attendance and Leave management
