We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with 6 months to 1 year of experience and practical exposure to payroll processing. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate payroll management, and assist in employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance
Maintain payroll records, employee attendance, leave, and reimbursement data
Assist in onboarding and exit formalities of employees
Handle employee queries related to payroll, salary slips, and HR policies
Support HR documentation, files, and MIS reports
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll and compliance matters
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations
Hands-on experience in payroll processing is mandatory
Knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Education:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
