HR Executive - PAN India Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and versatile

HR Executive

to lead

PAN India recruitment

for both

IT and non-IT roles

for an upcoming high-impact project. The selected candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and support project briefings, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategy across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles across India Understand manpower requirements from various departments (Tech, Sales, Support, Admin, etc.) Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals

, and

campus placements

Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads Conduct HR interviews and assist in final selection & offer roll-outs Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Collaborate with leadership teams for

project-related workforce planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related discipline 1-5 years of experience in

recruitment (IT & Non-IT preferred)

Strong knowledge of

sourcing techniques

, screening, and interview processes Proficiency in

MS Office, Google Sheets, and ATS tools

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Strong time management and ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously Comfortable working in a

target-driven and fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

Prior experience with

project-based hiring

Experience working with

IT startups or service-based companies

Understanding of

local and PAN India job markets
