The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance people management with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Design and execute structured onboarding programs.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and transition processes (resignations, transfers, leaves).
Performance Management
Assist in setting KPIs and performance review formats.
Support managers in conducting appraisals and feedback sessions.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Prepare compliance checklists and maintain statutory records.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Draft motivational communications (joining confirmations, appreciation notes, certificates).
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions.
Support career development initiatives.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports for management.
Track attrition, recruitment status, and employee satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of HR experience (preferably in FMCG/Agro/Food industry).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software tools.
Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional coordination.
