The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and assisting in the development of a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Coordinate job postings, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Conduct orientation and onboarding programs.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files).
Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies.
Performance Management
Assist in setting up appraisal systems and tracking KPIs.
Support managers in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and training programs.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports for management.
