HR Executive - Water Treatment & Fabrication Company
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection for both technical (engineering, fabrication, operations) and non-technical roles.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring documentation and background checks are completed.
2. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and ensure harmonious workplace relations across water treatment and fabrication teams.
Conduct regular team meetings, engagement activities, and initiate employee welfare programs.
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Process monthly payroll, maintain attendance and leave records, and ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (ESI, PF, gratuity).
Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure compliance with industry-specific health and safety regulations.
4. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for staff in areas such as water treatment processes, fabrication techniques, safety, and soft skills.
Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
5. Performance Management
Monitor employee performance, facilitate periodic reviews, and assist managers in implementing improvement plans where necessary.
Maintain confidential appraisal records and provide input for promotions, increments, and disciplinary actions.
6. HR Administration
Maintain all HR-related documentation, including offer letters, appointment orders, employment contracts, and exit formalities.
Oversee administrative tasks--such as attendance monitoring, employee benefits administration, and HR information system updates.
7. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Support adherence to HSE policies by collaborating with the fabrication and site teams to organize safety drills and ensure PPE usage.
Conduct orientation on safety protocols for new joiners in fabrication and water treatment divisions.
8. Leadership & Culture Building
Foster an inclusive and motivating workplace culture that aligns with the company's core values and operational excellence.
Facilitate communication between management and employees, particularly between workshop (fabrication) and office/site staff.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the engineering, water treatment, or fabrication industry.
Proven knowledge of HR best practices, statutory compliance, and safety protocols relevant to both plant and field operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and manage priorities within a dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
