Role Summary

Looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, leave management, and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities

? Support recruitment -- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & offer rollouts

? Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS, and payroll inputs

? Handle PF, ESI, health insurance & statutory compliance updates

? Maintain attendance & leave data in coordination with team leads

? Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

? Prepare weekly recruitment reports & maintain HR records

? Manage exit processes -- asset collection, documentation & experience letters

-Strong communication & coordination skills

-Recruitment & HR operations knowledge

-MS Office + knowledge of HR tools

-People handling & problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
