Key Responsibilities
Draft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date HR policies in compliance with labor laws
Manage Statutory & payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
Administer performance review systems and support managers with goal setting and feedback.
Track and analyse HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and workforce development.
Support manpower planning for project sites and factory operations.
Assist in succession planning and career development strategies.
Maintain accurate and confidential records for all HR functions.
Ensure statutory compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
English, Telugu & Hindi speaking candidate will be given preference.
