As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of the HR department. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's human capital needs are met effectively. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate onboarding processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Mediate disputes between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and productivity.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs.
Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and health insurance.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure adherence.
Conduct regular audits to assess HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee documentation.
Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software to streamline HR processes and data management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Certification in Human Resources software is a plus.
