Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
HR Administration:
Ensure proper maintenance of HR databases and filing systems (digital and physical).
Prepare HR-related letters, such as offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.
Support HR policies implementation and updates.
Attendance and Leave Management:
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate salary processing based on attendance data.
Payroll Support:
Compile and verify data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Compliance and Statutory Requirements:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support audits and statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
HR Systems and Tools:
Maintain HRIS systems and update employee data regularly.
Generate periodic reports on HR metrics, attrition, leave, etc.
Employee Engagement & Communication: Address general employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
