We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive/Associate
to join our team. The candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience who are eager to build their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
(job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support in
employee onboarding and induction
programs.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Handle
attendance, leave, and payroll support activities
.
Coordinate
employee engagement activities and events
.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Provide support in performance management processes.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR (freshers with internships are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Familiarity with HRMS tools/software.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
