Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks such as managing HRIS, benefits administration, and assisting with HR management duties. The role includes coordinating training sessions and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration Ability to coordinate and manage Training programs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
