2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in
HRIS
(Human Resources Information Systems) like BambooHR, Workday, or Zoho, and advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of current employment laws and best practices.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
