Key Responsibilities
Contact shortlisted candidates and explain the hiring process.
Share step-by-step guidance on assessments, verification, and documentation.
Follow up after the initial call to track candidate progress and interest.
Initiate and monitor document submission from candidates.
Verify submitted documents internally or through recognized third-party verification methods.
Guide candidates to submit criminal record verification after document approval.
Maintain accurate records of calls, submissions, and candidate status.
Coordinate with clients and hiring teams for updates and next steps.
Ensure candidates meet compliance requirements for Canada-based hiring.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.
Handle candidates globally, ensuring smooth remote onboarding coordination.
Support clients with high-volume screening when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience in Tele Calling, HR coordination, recruitment, or candidate support preferred.
Strong follow-up and process management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable communicating with candidates from different countries and cultures.
Basic knowledge of document verification and hiring compliance processes.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
